I understand that classes/events at SETAY include physical movements, stress relief, knowledge sharing, muscular tension relief as well as an opportunity for physical and mental relaxation. The risk of injury, which includes serious or disabling injury, is always a possibility. Neither the instructor nor Studios @ SETAY will be held liable for injuries occurring while on the SETAY property. If client experience any pain or discomfort, it is their responsibility to be aware of your body, and must alert the instructor to secure additional advice. As a client, I affirm that I am responsible for knowing my health history and I voluntarily agree to irrevocably release and waive any injury claims that I may consider against Studios @ SETAY and/or any staff, independent contractors or space rental clients/instructors. I understand that Studios @ SETAY uses social media, video and photos to market classes. If I am opposed to being a part of the marketing in any form, I will inform the instructor prior to attending classes.
